What Information is Collected About Visitors?

Use of Young Adult Information
We collect, use, and disclose information about young adults aged 13 to 18 in the same manner as we do for adults. We believe that it is especially important to protect privacy online and encourage parents and guardians to spend time online with their young adults to participate and monitor their Internet activity. If you are under 18, we recommend that you obtain your parents' permission before disclosing any information about yourself to anyone on the Internet. We do not filter advertisements or other content that young adults may receive, and they could receive content and materials from the Internet and/or advertising that are inappropriate for persons of their age if left unsupervised.
How To Make Changes to Your Information

How We Protect Your Information

Information we Collect via Mobile Platforms
The following provisions describe certain additional privacy considerations when you use our mobile platforms or receive information or content from us via mobile devices. - These collection practices supplement our standard information collection practices, which continue to apply to your- use of our mobile platforms. -
When you use our mobile platforms, you may be making available to us and/or our third party service providers your phone number, device and hardware IDs, device type, the request type, your carrier, your carrier user ID, basic usage stats about your device, your location, as well as the preferences and downloads that you select. - Some of this information is considered personally identifiable information and some of the information does not by itself identify you to us though it may be unique or consist of or contain information that you consider personal. All usage of your mobile device sends requests through your mobile carrier's network and your carrier may have access to it. For information regarding your carrier's treatment of your information, please consult your carrier's privacy policies. We are not responsible for how your carrier uses such information.
We offer some of our mobile services and products through third party service providers or in connection with other websites, including without limitation, the mobile version of our Site and any SMS or other alerts we send to your device. - Personal information that you provide in connection with these services and products may be shared between us and the third party service provider (or the third party service provider may have access to such information) in order to deliver the services or other information. Governing Law
This policy and the use of this Site are governed by California law. Any claim related to the Site or this policy shall be brought in a Federal or state court in Los Angeles, California within one year after the claim arises. You agree no such claim may be brought as a class action. Users of the Site consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such court as the most convenient and appropriate for the resolution of disputes concerning this policy. The Site is controlled, operated and administered entirely within the United States where privacy laws may not be as protective as in your home country.. If you are located outside the United States, please note the information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States where it will be processed and maintained. , If you are using this Site from outside of the United States, by providing information to us you are consenting to the transfer of the information to the United States for processing in a manner consistent with this Policy.
