Funding Sources

Behavior Intervention

California Department of Developmental Services (DDS)

  • The California Department of Developmental Services (DDS) provides funding for developmental services for eligible individuals.
  • Keany Associates is vendored by DDS to provide Behavior Intervention Services (PW5448).

Private Pay

  • Families who are not using State or health insurance funding can still access our services through a private pay option.
  • The family will be billed directly for services and may pay by cash, check, or online through our secure, HIIPA compliant payment and invoicing system.

School Districts

  • Clients ages three years or older may become eligible for an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) through his or her local school district.
  • An IEP provides structured assistance for students with developmental delays and is designed by a team of education professionals in conjunction with the student’s parents/guardians.

Health Insurance

  • Health insurance may be used to pay for behavior intervention services if your child has a diagnosis of autism or autism spectrum disorder per CA SB 946 (2012).
  • We are contracted with a wide variety of private and state-run health insurance plans.
